Keeptly is licensed to you under Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA). These terms add a few points specific to Keeptly. If they conflict, the EULA applies.
Keeptly helps you stay organised. Retention dates, VAT figures read from receipts, consumer-rights texts and the accountant package are general information and tools, not tax, accounting or legal advice. Text recognition can make mistakes, so please check the details before relying on them, and keep original documents where the law requires it.
Your data is stored on your device, as described in the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for keeping backups; deleting the app deletes its data.
To the extent permitted by law, Keeptly is provided "as is". We are not liable for a missed deadline, a rejected claim or a loss caused by incorrect or incomplete information. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country.

Keeptly sana Apple'ın Standart Lisanslı Uygulama Son Kullanıcı Lisans Sözleşmesi (EULA) kapsamında lisanslanır. Bu şartlar Keeptly'ye özel birkaç nokta ekler. Çelişki olursa EULA geçerlidir.
Keeptly düzenli kalmana yardım eder. Saklama tarihleri, fişten okunan KDV tutarları, tüketici hakları metinleri ve muhasebeci paketi genel bilgi ve araçtır; vergi, muhasebe veya hukuk danışmanlığı değildir. Metin tanıma hata yapabilir; bilgilere güvenmeden önce kontrol et ve kanunun istediği durumlarda orijinal belgeleri sakla.
Verilerin, Gizlilik Politikası'nda anlatıldığı gibi cihazında saklanır. Yedek almak senin sorumluluğundadır; uygulamayı silmek verilerini de siler.
Kanunun izin verdiği ölçüde Keeptly "olduğu gibi" sunulur. Yanlış veya eksik bilgi nedeniyle kaçırılan bir süre, reddedilen bir başvuru veya bir kayıptan sorumlu değiliz. Bu şartlardaki hiçbir hüküm, ülkendeki tüketici mevzuatından doğan haklarını sınırlamaz.
