Is Keeptly free?
Yes. Scanning and receipt-only entries are unlimited, and return and warranty reminders are free. You can track up to 10 products with a return or warranty window for free. Premium unlocks unlimited products, spending totals, the VAT summary, the accountant package, widgets and more.
Where are my receipts stored?
Only on your iPhone. Keeptly has no account and no server. If you delete the app, its data is deleted too, so use Settings → Export Backup to save a copy whenever you like.
What is in the accountant package?
One ZIP for the month: an Excel workbook with every receipt row, VAT lines and a summary, a PDF summary, and the original receipt images numbered to match the rows. You can include business receipts only.
Does Keeptly read VAT from a receipt?
Yes. It reads the total, date, store, VAT per rate, receipt number and seller tax number when they are printed. You can check and edit every field before saving.
Is this tax or legal advice?
No. Retention dates and consumer rights texts are general information to help you stay organised. For your own situation, ask your accountant or a lawyer.
How do I cancel Premium?
Any time in Settings → your name → Subscriptions on your iPhone. The yearly plan starts with a 7-day free trial; cancel at least 24 hours before it ends and you will not be charged. Lifetime is a one-time purchase.
